Using firefox on my laptop I am unable to open any of my hotmail messages. HELP!

I can sign into hotmail, but I cant open emails in hotmail. I can do this with explorer but it's slow. I have no problems using other computers.

Upgrade your borwser to Firefox 8 and check

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
