Firefox doesn't work after v.8 installed. I tried all the solutions listed in help. I'd like to download the previous version (or go back to it)-how can I do that? (Couldn't find anything on firefox.com)

I just get "problem loading page" and "unable to connect" on the tab. No Firefox anymore. Explorer works great, except I don't like Explorer. No problems getting all websites in other browsers, just nothing at all in Firefox.  :( I tried all the solutions listed in the help except that I can't figure out how to access the "trusted programs" list in McAfee. I know that's a major flaw, but whenever I click their link...you guessed it. Opens a Firefox window that doesn't work. The McAfee site has nothing at all listed in their help section about how to set any of the preferences.

Links to instructions for settings for McAfee Internet Security 2009 or 2010 and McAfee Security Center (McAfee Total Protection, McAfee AntiVirus, or McAfee Internet Security 2011) can be found on this page (scroll down to list of firewall applications) --> Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet
