I cannot get sound for CBC Concerts on Demand with Firfox but I can with Internet Explorer - any ideas why?

When accessing the CBC Radio site through Firefox I have no problem streaming the regular radio channels and television channels, but when I click on 'Listen Now' for any of CBC's Concerts on Demand a white screen appears but no sound comes through. However, when I attempt the same thing with Internet Explorer this problem does not occur. I much prefer only using Firefox and appreciate your suggestions to help resolve this issue.

Install the new WMP plugin (np-mswmp.dll), you only have the classic WMP plugin (Npdsplay dll)
