Firefox is missing "nssutil3.dll" and when i get a new download, the file is deleted because it contains viruses. help!

One day, no system changes, firefox refuses to open and shows the following error message.

If you downloaded Firefox from the official Mozilla site then it may be a false positive of you security software.

Do you only have that problem with that particular file or with the Firefox setup file?
