If I use Firefox word docs print, but web (email etc,,,) pages do not, only blank pages come out - it prints fine if I use Internet explorer.

When I use Firefox word documents will print, but emails and web pages will not. Only blank pages come out. I eventually tried Internet Explorer and found that the emails and web pages printed without a problem. My problem with Firefox is not unique to one printer. I had the problem trying to print from two different printers
