all goes to 100 % cpu antivirus not always running at same time,it does not matter,i turned antivirus off and it still did it..can i get rid of this and delete it or why do i need it

in firefox 6 the preference dom.ipc.plugins.enabled is already set to "true", by default, change it to "false". Read the above article about crash protection.
