Download Location changes by itself

Hi, I am using Firefox 6.0.1, Win 7. Sometimes my download file location changes by itself. I have the location set as Download folder but it automatically changes to picture folder. I have set the picture folder to be default to save all pictures through add on image toolbar 0.6.9 so I think that is clashing. Please let me know how to make my download folder fix.
