Why does my firefox browser crash 7-8 times per day for no reason?
Firefox is extremely annoying. It crashes randomly. I have looked through all the troubleshooting guides about crashes and none of them are similar to my problem. And then I can't contact anyone about the issue to get it resolved because you are closed 75% of the day.. I am running a 64-bit machine that has plenty of capability to handle firefox. It is the only browser I have deemed suitable for my needs and it crashes non-stop. Please fix this immediately. It actually crashed while I was typing this and I had to boot it back up and retype it all................................ come on.

What websites does it crash on? Sites that run flash,java etc... Also check your plug-ins.

It is completely random when it happens.. and it happens a lot. Not on just specific sites. Ther are too many crash reports to keep track of.
I am trying google chrome now though.
Can we get a crash id. type in about:crashes in the address bar
