how do i uninstall this upgrade, buttons all gone or in wrong spot

Please uninstall this upgrade. Home and print are next to the big red X, how stupid is that. Put the buttons back on the left top of page!!!! Open windows are on the top???? Put them back on the bottom of the page!!!! This is like driving on the wrong side of the road. What is the 2" of black space at the top of the page all about? I want content not black space. PLEASE UNINSTALL IMMEDIATELY HELP
