I am having a problem with the new Firefox 5.0.1. I am using it on a Windows XP SP3 machine. When I open multiple tabs , sometimes I loose the button to close the tab. It seems to happen when the name of the website is longer than the tab and the name is concatenated. I have disabled the "Colorful Tabs" addon to verify that this is a FF problem.

Firefox 6 was released this past Tuesday, and Firefox 5.0.1 isn't supported any longer. Update to 6.0 and see how that is.

I have been using FF 3.6 for a while now. I got an upgrade notice and I clicked it to upgrade. Seemed fine. Now I realize that it only updated to 5.0. So I have manually updated to 6.0.

The problem seems to be solved.

Thanks, Chris
