Every time i log out of my Bank email after getting a copy of transactions, I get the following:

Error ID Code: b7bc5afa-ce52-434b-bfb6-3fb086b77a23 If the error continues or you need to contact support, please provide them with the Error ID Code above. That's what I am doing. contacting support.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
