Upgraded my mac mini (intel chip) with firefox 5.0.1.

Using latest adobe acrobat (10.1). My research shows ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to view 'pdf' web pages now. The pdf plugin is not compatible with firefox ver 5.

Here's what I did:

(1) installed pdf browser plugin 2.3.2 (will NOT work by itself- see next step); THEN

(2) installed schubert plugin 2.4.2 (no charge if for non-profit activities at home). Website: http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/

This worked. No idea why it had to be this complicated or obscure.
