I cleared my cache and I don't think I did it correctly as I cannot access my games on Facebook any longer. Help Please?

I thought I followed the directions given in Firefox's tutorial for clearing my cache. I think I did something wrong because I can no longer access my games on Facebook. I get an error from Firefox about the page cannot be loaded. How can I get my security setting reset to what they were previously? Are there default settings or because I deleted the cache and possible cookies the games are gone?
