Shows Firefox is 'blocking' a GRAPH coming on screen. I now find that it is a 'Pop-up'. Have used Firefox for several years with no problems - but not this site ! I have never ever seen a Firefox Toolbar and still can't now using Windows 7. Hoping that your Version 5 might solve the problem - I had Version 4 - I've down-loaded it this AM. I'm waiting to use these graphs, can you help me by un-locking this specific site ? Peter Browne - chesbrowne@talktalk.net

You can add popup blocker exception for this website, see here for more details: Pop-up blocker --> pop-up blocker settings

The problem is that I have NO TOOL Bar - and never had with any version of firefox. If I could access Tools then I may be able to proceed with what you suggest?

To show the menu bar, press ALT.

[Firefox button] -> [Options] also opens the options window.

Thank you. I've never known about the ALT key and I've never seen the Tool Bar before and I've been using Firefox since early Versions of 3 ? Perhaps, when it loads it should default to show the Bar ?
