Downloading a pdf file to print a label from www.myhermes.co.uk brings up a page "about:blank"

Arranging return of goods via www.myhermes.co.uk/returns/landsend. Have done this before with no problems on previous version of Firefox. All worked as usual until the last item of printing the returns label, a barcode sent as a pdf file, which brought up the usual 'print page' but with the title 'about:blank'. I already have Adobe reader installed and have the my hermes site as pop-up allowed.
