When I update a setting in about:config, that change is reverted next time I launch Firefox.

Hello,

I keep doing this: 1) Go to about:config 2) Set middlemouse.contentLoadURL to true

And then I can middle-click a URL into a window to visit that URL. Just like in the Netscape days! Yay!

Then, I go home for the day, shut down my computer, enjoy life, come back the next day, boot up, middle-click a URL into Firefox, find that nothing happens, and return to Step 1.

( Why aren't the changes I make to about:config saved across browser sessions?

Thanks, -danny
