Firefox 4.0.1 is the latest release version.

but it wont let med use something to watch videos it keeps saying failure not compatable to firefox 4.0.1

That means that an add-on you are trying to use is not compatible with Firefox 4. What add-on are you trying to use?

its a video one i have dish and can watch things online but this one thing needs the attachment to watch it

You will need to check with the author of the add-on to see if they have an update for Firefox 4.
