Firefox 4 is sending http request twice

I've have an issue where Firefox 4 is sending an http request twice, or reloading the page. Only having this problem in FF4, works fine in IE 7,8 & 9. Firefox 3.6 is working fine. Tried and testing on multiple PC's/Laptops and friends networks. I'm getting duplicate database entries because of it.
