How do I import bookmarks etc. from Netscape 8 ?

My Netscape 8 browser would not load, and said it needed Firefox 3 or later to run. When I installed Firefox 4, it was set up independent of the Netscape program, but did not import any of the bookmarks etc. from the old browser. I am running Windows XP.
