I've tried your cookie settings and yahoo still wont work, saying The browser you're using refuses to sign in. (cookies rejected)

Yahoo suddenly stopped letting me sign on, saying: The browser you're using refuses to sign in. (cookies rejected). This is a commonly-reported problem on the internet but your solution (tools>options>privacy) does not work here. Grateful for more info. ps I've also deleted all cookies but no change.
