What happens is that I am watching the same video in the top half of the screen and the bottom half of the screen. I have tried same link in IE and do not have a problem. So for example when I am trying to view this video. http://www.livehelpnow.net/n/support/live-demo-recorded/default.aspx

Also I have latest version of Mozilla 3.6.16

Try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player.
