This trend of having simulations before the real thing video plays for me with no issue. see screenshot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxwszEz6Fuw

System info would be helpful. Lan or Wifi? Desktop or Laptop? Can you post a screen recording showing the issue? Did you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search
