When I try to open Firefox, a window comes up that says Firefox is already running and a window can't be opened, even though there are no other windows open. What should I do now?
I downloaded the latest version of Firefox and had nothing but problems-- Flash kept crashing, repeatedly got messages of unresponsive scripts, the browser kept freezing for varying lengths of time or crashing. Based on suggestion posted on the Firefox forum, I downgraded to the previous version. Since then, every time I try to open Firefox, I get a message that says Firefox is already running, and another window can't be opened up. What should I do now?
