Where do I find the little pad lock to show my info is secure?

Now that I have Fire Fox 4 I don't see the little pad lock in the bottom right corner letting me know if the site is secure or not for my info. It would show ether being lock or unlocked.

You can install an add-on to show a padlock in the URL/Location/Address bar:
