This did not happen with version 3x, nor with earlier v4. Using the back arrow and re-clicking the previous page request usually works ok. It is happening a few times a day. Full error is

I am also receiving this error and have been able to figure out that its being caused by Bandwidth_Meter_and_Diagnostics-1.2.5.xpi. Disabling this seems to have stopped the error, but is a major annoyance.

I have uninstalled the bandwidth meter and I no longer get the error. Thanks
