My search engine bar always turns to other search engines automatically, I want to keep only google as my default search engine, how can I do that?

On my search engine side bar, i always set Google as my search engine, but whenever i start the browser, it automatically turns out to a new search engine, like 'Search the web'..etc

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
