when I'm writing an email it quits in senconds, sometimes it desapiares

Everytime I'm writing an email, it quits in the middle of a sentence and it goes to the "save in box". I have to go there to continue writing, some times it completely desapiares from the screen. It takes me a long time just to write a few sentences.
