Where can I download old versions of Firefox, such as 2.0 or earlier?

Firefox users, I need your help! I'm working for a company who needs to file some documents with the FDA's ESG, unfortunately they only support Firefox 2.0 and earlier. They also support IE but I need a digital certificate to submit to the FDA and I cannot get the certificate to work with IE; there is some underlying issue that a multi-million dollar company's tech support cannot solve.

So I'm at my last resort, finding an ancient version of Firefox. I love Firefox, I've used it at home for years, but uh... I have no clue where to get a version this old.
