Why is firefox slow in loading?
Have to wait 2 mins for firefox to open and when it finaly opens have to wait 10 mins for a link to open. Firefox is the only browser I have as I have deleted everything on my computer. Have also cleared my history etc and the problem still exsists

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Also check your security software (firewall, anti-virus) and make sure that it doesn't restrict Firefox in any way.
Cant get firefox- safe- mode and the rest is there another way ?
What happens if you try to start Firefox in Safe mode ?

You need to leave a space between firefox.exe and -safe-mode:
firefox.exe -safe-mode
Am still getting the same popup Message as the screenshot I sent you in last reply. Is there a UK phone number I can call for help as this is taking a long time to resolve and I am getting fed up in not being able to solve it? Most sites when I contact them the problem is resolved in 24 hrs not 4 days
Why am I still waiting for a reply to my last post? It has been a month ago and I am still waiting.
