Firefox 3.6.13 crashes when you check up plugin updates

I'm running Firefox 3.6.13 on a Win 2K SP4 computer. I went to manually check for updates for plugins and everytime the webpage loads, it crashes Firefox without leaving a crash report.

I can load the page if I use IE but I can't even load the page manually from Firefox.

This started because I couldn't get a radio station to stream a live broadcast and was told to update my plugins as a fix for the radio problem.
