how can i prevent "pop unders" (read - not pop ups) while using firefox.

I don't generally use Firefox. Today I decided to. When I closed my instance of Firefox - there sat a "Netflix" window. I did not have any other browser windows (or any windows for that matter) open when I started the instance of Firefox. In my settings for Firefox I have popups blocked.
