I am missing all pictures in firefox, any kind, for anything, nothing. Have I deleted something I should have for that?

I don't get any kind of picture on any web site, no bank pictures, no firefox picture on startup, I can't access my bank account here, I have to put in those letters and numbers that are to prevent machines from doing so, but am unable to see the to input them
