I have mistakenly unchecked Menu bar and navigation toolbar. Now I don't hve these toolbars on my screen. How do I get these toolbars back?

I right clicked on the toolbar containing the Back, Refresh, Stop, Home buttons, and URL/Address window. I mistakenly removed the check marks for Menu bar and for Navigation toolbar. Now those two toolbars are gone and I can't get them back onto my screen.

Press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display the menu bar. In the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the names of the toolbars to toggle displaying them. The menu bar is missing article has further details.
