how do i CLEAR the location bar usggestions-..

turning it OFF doesnt mean its CLEARED -> http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Cannot%20clear%20Location%20bar%20history and this article -> http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Location%20bar%20autocomplete DOES NOT WORK - i can delete all day long but once i reenter my search string all the suggestions are back ...

turning it off doesnt remove


and clearing privat data removes all my password - who put privat passwords and url suggestions on the same privacy levels ...

If those "suggestions" have a blue star on the right-side of the URL bar, those are bookmarks.
