There is no refresh button on the Firefox page, how do I refresh?

By default it is the blue icon on the navigation toolbar next to the arrows.

You may need to set firefox to display the navigation toolbar. Icons may be added or removed from the toolbar by right clicking (assuming you use Windows) and using the customise option.

The F5 key probably also reloads the page.
