[Solved] After the last update all my url shortcuts have an unknown file icon

All my old shortcuts now have the default "unknown file" icon, new shortcuts get it too and if I try to "change icon" I can go through all the steps, yet it still stays with the default icon.

Edit: After a lot of messing around and rebooting I used an app to "remove shortcut arrow" and "shortcut to" prefix and everything is back to normal ... still weird ...

You may have had a problem with the icon cache and using that application made Windows rebuild the icon cache.
