After I ran chrome, my firefox brower cannot open or crash. How to fix this?

I first ran firefox and then closed the firefox. I then opened chrome browser and then closed the chrome browser. After I done this, i cannot open firefox.

How can i fix this without rebooting the computer. Thanks.
