when i export bookmarks, can i export the stored passwords associated with those pages to?

umm just trying to back up my bookmarks but so many pages have passwords for them that i let firefox remember. Can i export them with the bookmarks. other wise i have to contact all the site i forgot the passwords to

Firefox has no built-in option for exporting/importing passwords, but you can use the Password Exporter add-on to do this.

An alternative approach is to backup your entire profile folder (location where bookmarks and passwords are stored, plus other user data that Firefox uses), for details see either of these article - Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles or Profile backup - MozillaZine Knowledge Base
