Try the Firefox SafeMode and disable the Google Toolbar extension. http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

Also, see if you have the Personas Plus 1.6 extension installed - known to cause a problem when the Google Toolbar extension is also installed, IIRC.

Also, see if you have the Personas Plus 1.6 extension installed - known to cause a problem when the Google Toolbar extension is also installed, IIRC.

You can update the Personas Plus extension to the 1.6.1 version, that should fix the hanging issue (Fixes bug 590608 ).
