I have lost the bookmarks toolbar and all related material on that line, also have lost pre-loaded websites on next bar down, how do I restore these?

I have lost my bookmarks toolbar as well as all info on that line. Also I have lost the toolbar or line with my preloaded websites. How do I restore these to the top of my page. This info was not on the page when it was opened this morning. I don't know if someone hid it by accident.

In the view menu, select Toolbars, then click on the names of the toolbars to toggle displaying them. If the menu bar is missing, press the Alt key to temporarily display it, you can then select the View menu. Also see menu bar is missing and back and forward or other toolbar items are missing.
