earthlink webmail printouts are mixed up letters

I use Earthlink for my email service. When I click on print the resulting printout is total gibberish. English letters but no words. Earthlink support had no remedy for this and suggested contacting Firefox.

You can try to disable the website fonts to see if that works.
It is possible that a font is specified that isn't working with that printer.

Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > [ ] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

Don't forget to re-enable afterward.

I'm sorry, I tried the suggested remedy but, it did not solve the problem. Anyone else have any ideas? Thank you
