When I open the link in new windows, it just open the window and the contents are not. Why? Previously it wasn't like that. It started after i have upgraded the firefox to 3.6 (I think).

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
