If you want Firefox in another language, you can download it from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

If you want to be able to switch between languages, install the Locale Switcher add-on, plus the language pack for the language(s) that you want. For Firefox 3.6.8 you can get the language packs from http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/3.6.8/win32/xpi/
