When I open Firefox as my home page, Ask search engine appears and I can't seem to get rid of it.

Firefox is my home page but a search engine called Ask come up instead of Firefox. I uninstalled Ask and made my home page Firefox again But it still come up with Ask and I don't know how to get rid of it.
