Try clearing cache and cookies following https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Deleting+cookies?s=clear+cache+and+cookies&as=s and https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+clear+the+cache?s=clear+cache+and+cookies&as=s 

and reload the page.

If that does not work clear your Flash data via http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html and reload the page.
