Since July 24, 2010, firefox will not load any webpage. I uninstalled 3.6.8 and want to re-install 3.6.2. How can I do this?

My updated firefox version will not work at all. I uninstalled it, and want to go back to my previous version which was always working. I have Microsoft Vista. Please help as soon as possible.
