I am running high resolution setting and need to zoom in twice each time I open a new web page in firefox. How can keep this larger zoom as a default.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Try using the Default FullZoom Level extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6965
