some of my accounts now automatically log in remember passwords etc and i didnt want this to happen and cannot find a way of reseting

Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie "Remove the Cookies" from that site: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
