How do I remove opinion central popup short of using a different browser

I want to stop the Opinion Central pop-up from always showing up in the left corner of the screen. If I have to remove Firefox and go to a different browser I will, but I prefer not to

Every time Firefox opened

Have you tried clearing your cookies? See Clear cookies and site data in Firefox

Their website has an opt-out as well: http://www.opinion-central.com/faq1.asp

In the Opinion-Central FAQ they do offer an opt-out. Be aware, though, that if you clear your cookies subsequent to the opt-out you will then again receive their pop up and will have to opt-out again.
