My location bar no longer shows the URL for pages that I've previously visited as I type. I have not made any changes to my system or any settings.

Make sure that the Location Bar is not set to "Nothing": Tools > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest: History,Bookmarks,History and Bookmarks

See Smart Location Bar

It is set to History and Bookmarks which is the same setting as it was on before the issue started.

You can check the value of the pref browser.urlbar.maxRichResults on the about:config page. The default value is 12. You need to close and restart Firefox to make changes effective.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/browser.urlbar.maxRichResults --- You can also try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window - See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Resetting_preferences

I've checked the config page. browser.urlbar.maxRichResults is set to 12. I've also reset all user preferences and restarted the PC. No changes.

I've even gone in and uninstalled and reinstalled the browser. I'm still having the same issues. Does anyone have any suggestions here? This is a bit on the frustrating side./
